When a reservist retires and starts collecting pay at 60 do they receive any medical/dental benefits?

Retired reservists receive the same benefits as retired active duty personnel.

what the above two posters are saying is: while actively drilling and not yet retired you can purchase some benefits thought TriCare. After you offically retire at 60, you get the same free (almost free!) TriCare benefits an active duty person gets. My Dad was retired military, so mom still gets TriCare. Combining it with Medicare gives her some really good coverage.
