I believe that your local Navy Legal Service Office (NLSO) will counsel you and help you with the paper work, even participate in negotiations during divorce. Of course, the courts of your state do the final adjudication, and I dont think NLSO will represent you in court. If you can go to court with everything negotiated and resolved, you will save thousands of dollars. Give them a call and see what they can do to help you.
