Actually, I found this site to be the best for Unit information. It even gives the monthly diaries of some units, and the after action reports on different operations along with maps and overlays for the maps. It even gives the enemy propaganda on there that was going around at the time with Newspaper stories and such. It takes a little time to get used to it, but you can find most things about Vietnam and the military there at the time.
