What does "5th LEM" mean.
My Dad was in the HQ Co, HMSC 5th LEM in Vietnam. 4/22/68 to 4/22/69
Also was 185 Maint Bn 05/69 to 11/70
What is the 5th LEM and who was their higher command?
I am also looking for unit lineages and honors to for the above units update his records.
