yo answer your question i joined the us army dec.16th 1965 and yes i was in vietnam from 16 june 1969 to 15 june 1970 i was with the 160th hem co. 1st logistical command quohon vietnam i was in charang valley 20 kilometers north we also had the 173rd airborne on our compound.i was discharged the 20th day of june from ft.knox ky. was a civilian for two and a half years. then on jan 13th 1976 i enlisted in the us navy and remained on active duty until i retired 31 october 1988.
