I know it's a Black and Gold grest with the split at the 45 degree angle with a wagon wheel (i think) and a horseshoe on each side of the split.

Yea I was looking to order it and a pair of their sabers for a Stetson.

Yea we have sabers made that have our squadron and regiment and was hoping to get them for a family builing one for a fallen trooper. Gonna try finding some one in their unit to get it for me.

I know in 5-73 only the CAV guys seems to be wearing stetsons. The infantry guys stick to the maroon beret.

In 1-17 we ALL wore stestsons.

1-17 uh, couple of the guys lurk at my place of employment. I knew you were all right. Saw the pictures from AA week, saw the fly-by by the 1-17 aircraft. Not bad at all.
