Just an idea that has already got me 3 applicants and one contract.
When the Army RAP program came out, if you don't know what this is learn about it, I asked my buddies back on the line if they knew about it. They didn't. So I used Recruiter Zone to find all the soldiers that enlisted out of my highschool still in the Army, simply sent a email to their ako accounts telling them about the program. Received emails back from almost all thanking me for the info and even got some leads in addition to the ones that came down through LRC.
