I will be raised to the degree Master Mason on Mar 1st 08. I just want to thank all of the brothers on military.com who have given me good advice over the past few months that has served me well.
You were right Brother Terry. Wearing my fathers ring ( I have not worn it yet)will mean more to me now that I will be wearing it as a Master Mason.
Congrats brother. I look forward to sharing the full light of Masonry with you.
Remember one thing after you get raised. What came you here to do? The answer to that question my brother, is what Masonry is all about. We take good men and make them better, sure, but the man that remembers that the task is a life long endeavor is truly a Master Mason.

Congratulations Brother! Remember in Masonry, you are always welcome to converse with well informed brethren who will be ready to give and you will be ready to receive instruction. Remember that Freemasonry is not a destination, but a life long journey for light. We will all continue to learn until we lay down our working tools of life and enter that celestrial lodge above, that house not made with hands, eternal in the heaven. Welcome to the fraternity brother. FYI - I wear my dad's Masonic ring too.

May I add my congratulations as well? I wish you an enjoyable and unforgettable experience with the MM degree work. I was raised on Sept 28, 1982, and I have now completed a quarter of a century in Masonry. My father officiated at my MM.
I did it !!! I was raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason on Saturday Mar 1st 08. One of the most awesome things that I've ever experienced. I now wear my fathers ring proudly. Thanks again brothers for all of your advice.
Welcome to the Brotherhood. Always remember to respect your brother masons. The Masons are the greatest group of people I have had the great fortune to be affiliated with. When you meet a brother mason, shake his hand, call him Brother and you will have a friend for life.
May I add my congratulations! I was made a mason in 1982, and now I have 25 years in the Craft. My only regret is that I was not involved in Masonry, when I was on active duty in the Air Force. I am leaving for Iraq soon (civilian), and I will participate in Freemasonry there.
Hello brothers, today is the day that I'm going to be raised to the degree of Master Mason. I look forward to being able to converse Masonically with you all. Wish me luck...

It was a wonderful event. I'm am now a Master Mason belonging to Aurora Lodge #15 in Anchorage Alaska. The brothers did an excellent job and there's no doubt that I will remember last night as long as I live.
