In doing so research, there is a traveling Masonic Degree Team from Oklahoma called the Oklahoma Country Boys. Have anyone heard of any other similar degree teams in your jurisdiction? (See attached)

Oklahoma is "York Rite" in Blue Lodge, the same as Pennsylvania. I've sat in lodges in Lawton Oklahoma and felt right at home. Pennsylvania has a State Police Degree Team who confer the degrees to the sons of other State Policemen and other State Police who join the Craft. Talk about a Masonic Headache!
My Gun Club is made up of about 50% masons and we have a degree team who confer's to those members of our club who ask to join. Not so tough as the State Police. We had a Degree Team at Ft. Bragg in 1966 when I was a member of the 3d SFG (Abn), don't know if they are still in existance. (They were about as tough as the State Police) Grit your teeth before you ride the greased pig. |
