One of our lodges is seeking a Masonic (Presentation) Koran. They will be able to get a copy for the degree work, however, that wont be a presentation version. Does anyone know of a company that carries these? Ive checked all my resources on the web and cant find one, just a hint that GL of Missouri might have them (the post was old).
The Holy Qu'Ran is readily available for purchase in the USA, from many internet stores. Try amazon (dot) com. I prefer the English translation by N.J. Dawood.
As far as a presentation version, with a page to enter the masonic information of the individual, that is a tough nut to crack.
You should try Macoy publishing. If they get enough requests, they might consider carrying a Holy Qu'Ran in their online store. It is worth a try.
