Whats going, Devils and Others!

I was recently asked about the full assembly of FSBE-1. To my shame I could not answer this question, which for me as a Marine officer, is unexcusable ). I just came in(about a year ago) and never worn it before.

Can anyone help me out with the info? Picture would be awesome!
