I found something marked "Seat, Extraction, Army, 160th SOAR" made by London Bridge Trading, part #LBT-1602A. Its constructed of heavy nylon webbing and velcro. The LBT website doesn't offer any history. Can anyone provide some insight to its purpose or how its worn?
