We are currently overhauling a 3"/50 mount as a memorial for Gunner Gammill in Key Wet. There will be a dedication ceremony on May 1st, 2009 at 1000.

I am really glad to see that there is going to be something in his name. Mitch will be missed by the GM community for a long time.

I just saw pictures of the memorial from GMC Petersen, it would be great to see some before and after shots here.
