GM2 STUDY GUIDE. HUMMMMMM..... NEVER FAILS. YOUR LEARNING ENOUGH STUFF TO PASS A TEST AND NOT WHAT A GM2 SHOULD KNOW TO DO THE JOB. You want a study guide, go to CG Central and download the GM2 Course material, order it through your ESO. The course is not as hard as when I took it and I passed it the first time. I had a GM1 that ripped my study guide and up. Then he taught me to read one book a day for a week, then breeze through the second week. While breezing through them try answering the questions in the back, WITHOUT looking up the answers. You will then learn alot to be a GM2. With those tactics I made GM1 within my first four years in, and now run my own armory. V/r "Imput of two cents"
I would like a copy of the EOCT for GM2. If you could send it to me at rebelrun1@verizon.net or terrence.w.lee@uscg.mil I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your help.
Guns, I recommend M8000.2C. It's a very good referance. Use as many references as you can. I have seen two many junior members of our rate get carried away with what I call "Cheat Sheets". One benifit from studying pubs is you will get used to them and when you need them, you will know where to get the information you need. Good luck to you in your future goals. This is just my opinon. Study hard.
