I wanted to see it in it's final print and I hope an amendment is in play right now because their are wonderful programs and accessible programs out there in the OnLine arena. So to go to school in your spare time you must go in residence or get no housing stipend?! OnLine student don't have to pay for housing?? This is a huge disservice to the military members who must maintain both a job and student capacity. I need to see what's going on in relationship to this appeal. Anyone know if this is in the works? I obtained my BSN on line and still worked to raise my child and still had a house to pay for so why should anyone seeking higher education or retraining be penalized out of the stipend because they choose one of the many many on line programs. I will do my Masters this way as well with TA but I still have to work and go to school! This really chaps my hide!
