Can someone help me get the subject form? I need it for school and the 800 number I got from the local VA has a voice mailbox that's full /snarl.

3. Are you sure that's the correct form number? What is the form used for?

This is maybe too late to help you, but a VA 22-0557 is the confirmation form for your 22-1990. So you can't find it because it's not something you fill out. The VA will send it to you when they finish processing your application for benefits.
