I’m happy to see I’m not the only one upset about the qualifications to transfer this to family members… How can someone with 10 years of service be qualified but I who served 26 are not? I took on the MGIB on the final day of eligibility for the simple reason that they mentioned it could someday be transferable to family members. I was optimistic for good reason, only to find out I retired a year too early. This needs to change so that others can take advantage of a very valuable program and get America educated.
