Basic Training |
I served in Vietnam and Desert Storm, retired after 24 years, but had to work afterwards. Now I am ready and able to go to college and my benefits exprire in April 2009, because of the 10 year rule. I am wondering why they didn't extend it to 15 years like the new one is.
