Could anyone provide details on how this program works. I know you have to be a drilling reservist. What kind of obligation do you give the state ie (weekend drills, AT). Are you paid for any of this time.

Best bet is to contact them directly through their web page. I think they do have opportunities for a small number of non-Reservists.
