I check the SGAUS website yesterday and it was down.

Checked it again today, still down.

I understand down for maintenance but two days seems alittle long.

Anybody know what's up?

some of their folders are still up: I checked http://www.sgaus.org/AwardsNEW.htm and it is still running. So who knows what is going on.

The SGAUS Journal page is there also.

My guess is that the webmaster is working on the index page and messed it up and probably doesn't realize it. Without an index.html or index.htm page most web sites will not run.

I'm guessing that since I've made the same mistake myself.

Maybe SGAUS didn't pay their hosting bill. It happened to me once when I didn't get a renewal notice from GoDaddy.

I solved that problem by converting to an annual plan--saved $10 a year too.

Don't know how hosts SGAUS, but I'd bet it's an oversight or something equally mundane.

I don't know if I caused that or not but I wrote to the editors email addy on the Journals page (the only addy on the two known pages) and told them their home page was down.

What in the world does medical prescription fraud in TN have to do with SDFs? Thats their current top story.

Seeing the advanced ages of many SDF members, that might be a huge concern in the TN-SDF.
