Not to say other SDFs aren't as busy as you are, but you NYG guys do a heck of a job getting your stories out.

Wish every State did it as well as you do.

They are probably the best right now in terms of putting out a good newsletter. Its a shame that so few SDFs apparently have any sort of public affairs program.

I can sort of understand this in regards to some of the tiny SDFs with no membership to speak of, but even many of the larger SDFs are barely functional in a public affairs sense.

I think an old-school newsletter like the NYGs is nice, but is a lot of work, but just about every SDF should at least be able to maintain a functional web site with at least a new news story on it every month or two. Sad to say that most can't even get over that low of a bar.
