I know VA says it cannot be proven that patients have contracted HIV in VA facilities, nor can it deny it.
Is VA ever legally responsible for anything? |

If due to a treatment at a VA facility you are injured or incur an illness, then that disability is compensable by the VA, and they will provide medical care related to the disability.
