Red= Squadron CAC Rep to Wing
Green Squadron CAC Rep
blue= Region CAC Rep to National
White is color guard, however it's supposed to be the winning color guard at Group or wing level. But many wings allow it for any level without winning Cadet Comp.
Wing Commanders can authjorize shoulder cords for various activities provided it doesn't include those listed in 39-1

Just as clarification/expansion:

For the official listing of CAC cords, you need to look in CAPR 52-16: http://level2.cap.gov/documents/u_082503073142.pdf

GOLD: Region representative to National CAC.
BLUE: Wing representative to Region.
RED: Group representative to Wing.
GREEN: Squadron representative to Group.*

In the absence of a group structure the squadron representatives report directly to the wing level CAC, therefore wearing a RED cord instead of GREEN.

Other Cords (PER 39-1):
White: Worn by NCC Teams, this includes both Color Guards and Drill Teams.
Silver [Metallic]: Worn by honorguardsmen.

Those are the Nationally sanctioned shoulder cords. As was mentioned above a Region/Wing commander can authorize a should cord for a specific purpose.

For example, my squadron has a gold & blue cord that we use to denote our cadets of the quarter for a given year.

New Jersey wing used to have a lot of cords to denote their cadets of the year, etc.

Also, if you're super cool there is another National one they don't list anywhere. If you are the aide de camp for the National Commander for an event or something they let you wear a silver/blue cord with two aguilletes during your service.

In my sqadron back in the day, we had tons of cords.
Back then the only ones you could wear outside of squadron were the Blue and Red for Region and Wing CAC reps, Orange for Hawk Staff and Pathfinder grads and Kentucky wing had a program at encampment for advanced leadership skills that awarded a yellow/orange cord.
At sqadron level, in addition to the ones above we had the following (that I remember):
Cadet Commander-Yellow/Red
Cadet Dep Commander-Yellow
Cadet XO-Green
Cadet First Sgt-Green/Yellow
Color Guard-White
Drill Team-Silver
Ground/Ranger Team-Maroon (wore Black w/Bdu's)
Senior Member Commandant of Cadets-Blue Silver

Got to wondering, and found our Squadron SOP on cords.... Popcorn
" Shoulder Cords are used to identify leadership positions and to identify members of designated groups. They are not permanent and are to be passed on when the position is resigned or transferred. This does not apply to the Pathfinder and CLS Cords which are permanent awards. All cords exept the CAC, CLS, Pathfinder, and Ranger Staff Cords are to be worn at Sqadron functions only. Color Guard and Drill Team Cords may be worn at competitions or performances but will not be worn at any other time to include squadron meetings. If a member is no longer a member of a group or holding a designated leadership position, the cord will be removed immediately regardless if a successor has been appointed or not."

Sounds like a lawyer wrote our Squadron Manuals Smile

Can you please tell me in what Civil Air Patrol manual and page would I find that it is not regulation for a Color Guard to wear the WHITE shoulder cord to the weekly squadron meetings? Thank you.

You won't find it in any regulations, however your unit CC or chain of command is the ultimate arbiter.

The white cord is for wear by members of a cadet competition color guard (not necessarily just your local "post-the-colors" cadets).

By the tone of your question, I'm making an assumption that someone has told you not to wear it to unit meetings. If that person is your unit CC, leave it at home.
