In the recent letter from Gen Amy Courter there was a summary of uniform changes that came from the last NB Conference. At the end of the letter she stated that there were additional uniform changes being reviewed for approval by the USAF. Does anyone know how this process takes place? For what was in the NB Meeting Minutes; fine, but what else could there be?
