I would like to know where in the CAP manuals I can find where Color Guard white shoulder cords are NOT allowed to be worn during squadron meetings? Is it correct that Color Guard WHITE cords are to be worn ONLY at Color Guard events such as competitions and performances and not at the weekly squadron meetings? I need to find this in the Civil Air Patrol manual. Thank you.

CAPM 39-1 is the uniform manual for CAP. It can be found in Chapter 5 section 5-6. Also Chapter 3 describes the Honor Guard Uniform. However, your wing/squadron may have have a SOP for that. So I would suggest you check your squadron chain of command.
