I have a felony dismissed without prejudice. want to join the Army and have taken the ASFAB and passed my physical but my recruiter states that the charge must be dismissed with prejudice. The prosecutor has stated that he has in fact dismissed others without prejudice and they have been able to enlist. We are at a standstill. Any suggestions?
