Alright here is my situation,first off i have been to meps took my asvab(53)been out of school for awhile I am 32 passed my physical I do wear glasses and i need dental but my real problem lies with my criminal history which looks like this 1. 5 counts of petty theft at age 17 for getting into cars and taking stupid items change,smokes,flashlight,radar detector,the guy i was with got the same charge even though neither of us had 5 items we still got tried as if we did no bid deal nothing could be done there paid a 50 dollar fine and was on probation for a short while then it was done and over with 2. hit and run in the state of virginia paid all fines and lost my license for awhile never put on probation this is done and over with(it was a misdemeanor) 3. possesion of maryjane even though i don't smoke I was guilty by association went to court paid 100 dollar fine and was on probation for a month cause i couldn't pay my fine all at once I even told the judge i didn't smoke pot and would take a pee test to support it and he made me an example hanging out with the wrong people can get you into as much trouble as if i was by myself and doing the crime so this is all done. So now I require a morale waiver but it looks like I got 7 misdemeanors which is a dq but my recuiter is saying that the petty theft is a stacked charge so i would have 3 instead of 7 what do you think my chances are for getting through this is basically what i am asking I don't want to get my hopes up everything has been sent to battalion but they sent it back saying it was possible dq because i have seven mis. so the recuiter sent it back saying the one charge is a stacked charge and one of the other recuiters went there(ex-cop)on my behalf and said the same thing and I haven't heard anything back has anyone who reads this ever had anything similiar to this happen and what was the outcome any input would help
