When I was qualified on the HC130 in 1995 only one of the four we had was equiped with this. They were not in use and eventualy removed, replaced by Loran C, INS and eventualy GPS. I am looking for any info from users of this device to be included in a display thats going up in the Albamarle Museum. Got to be some of you folks older than me that used them, let me know... PS, first duty station was ATTU, AK so i know what Loran A was replaced with and it dosent seem much better than a sextant. Thanks, AMTC Lloyd
