Saw on the news they had a light plane intrusion over D.C. I don't know if that kind of thing gets opsucked off here, but it would be nice to know if we handled it and what the outcome was ...

Not exactly secret squirrel stuff when it was told on CNN and FOX that USCG air assests intercepted. Better let the internet news sources know....

I didn't hear any OPSEC alarms going off when people knew of the USAF scrambling fighters on 9/11. Wink

When the CG air assets are working in the DC area, are the citizens told they can't look up for OPSEC purposes?

You are right. People know about it and they are even allowed to look up but you will not get additional specifics from any Coasties. You know that isn't how it works.
