I'm a 100% disabled Vet, due to unemployability, and would like to know if I can fly anyway, as in using the coast gard or some other way, It is understood that we can not flight military hops using space A. I though I read somewhere we can fly the coast gard?
The Coast Guard doesn't do MAC flights. Our flights are "working" flights (i.e. search & rescue, drug interdiction, etc.), so you won't find folks looking for a CG "hop" to somewhere.
The AF is the only service (or maybe the AF and the Navy) that do MAC flights.
Doesn't the CG fly fairly routine C-130 flights for instance from E-city to Kodiak, switch outs, maintainance etc. I thought I remember one being advertised. I know it wouldn't be very practical, everything would have to come together near the time you want to travel.
Those flights like that are usually full of parts being taken back to ALC (engines, props, helicopters, GSE, etc) so there is no room. It also creates a management nightmare that the CG doesn't have the manpower to manage unlike the Air Force who have people that their job is to work in the MAC terminal.
