ok i was checking out coast guard pictures on the Coast Guard channel i found this one..anyone see anything strange? I noticed you also have quite a few YouTube (re)postings. If/when you get in the CG......I would humbly offer the suggestion to be cautious on your YouTube postings. Even though a posting might be of innocent intent, you don't know who is looking at what you post about the CG (or your job) and what they could glean from it.

The RPG may have been for dramatic effect during the training exercise.

Is that an RPG or a Stinger? RPG is not very good against a helo unless it is very close and very still.

Actually RPGs have been surprisingly effective against helicopters. Read or watch Blachawk down, or read about some of the air battles in the war on terrorism.

The one in the picture is of course only a rubber replica and is a part of the training regime. It is not for "dramatic effect" it is for identification purposes by the crew.
