No wonder the guys at Fort Knox, Kentucky, are *****ing. Their buddies at Fort Knox, Tennessee, are getting all the money (or are both places being paid at the same rate?)

Best solution (as far as I'm concerned) is to move Fort Knox to Kentucky where it belongs.

Sweet. I'm losing $70/month on my mortgage as my house is rented out. This will pull it even. Outstanding.

As the credit crunch continues more people will be renting and driving the rates up. Small silver lining.
