Very well written article. IMO once we figure out how to learn from our past mistakes(History)we will have the advantage. Once we figure out how to simply ignore these other countries problems we will have the advantage. Once we step in and learn to step out fast with no money given for clean up we will have the advantage. Until then, nothing changes.
