The Afgans as we are concerned about ciliian casualties how if it becomes obvious that civlians are are acting as informent and look outs they must be captured or eleiminated to or we will loose out own war fighters in anuneven battle. We need to bite the bullet or we will bite the dust of defeat. The insurgents know our moral codes and in battle we need turn that around when forcedto do so.
