I often tell people I left Vietnam in October 1972 and we were winning then. I can’t vouch for what happened after that. But, please don’t tell me the US lost the war.

Is it possible to discuss one issue Huber raises? Are some weapons systems too expensive? Do they benefit mainly their manufacturers, but not the country?
