I remember reading something about five years ago about the ability of bistatic radar to detect a stealth aircraft. Maybe the best solution to penetration of enemy air defenses to come in fast (hypersonic)and low, reaching target before the enemy can react.

Not a big deal, UHF radar is easy to confuse with CCM and high powered jamming, and thats cheap too, lol. Its a chess continuing chess match.

On the bright side, only if the target is Sweden a few years up the road.

The Iranians might be all over it however.

The creation of better mice triggers the development of better mouse traps. That's the way military technology works, so live with it.
Seems like the F22 needs some refurbishment. Roll Eyes

On a side note, like any other country in the world Iran has the right to defend its territory against foreign threats. That, too, is part of the geostrategic game. Whisper

and all that jamming and CCM makes for a noisy and "cluttered" battlespace

All that aircraft like the F22 and B2 do is give a slight first strike advantage back to the US, which ironically is the only country lately even needing a "first strike" capability.
Well, those sneaky Chinese are engaged in their long term plan of taking back control of Tawain so I guess first strike capability would also be desired by CHina! And in that case we are dealing with an enemy that thinks in terms of generations compared to one that thinks in terms of election cycles(hint, hint...the latter is the US)

==========US children are trained to imagine enemies everywhere. Generational enemies now. The interlocking directorships of the businesses of Arms, Drugs, Oil, Media don't see profit in teaching a more loving outlook.

In what year was Taiwan last ruled by a unified China?

Careful, it's a trick question.

F-22 is a waste of money (a lot of money)….. not only is its “stealth” negated by the use of its radar, weapons or any type of maneuvering, meaning its only stealthy when cruising around…..it can also be detected by Czech 60’s Tesla built radars (among others) Popcorn
