Wearable battery rechargers will be useful for civilians, too. Imagine recharging your phone by jogging, or recharging the batteries in your hybrid vehicle by the vibrations inherent in driving around. It's a great concept for all of us.

I got a flashlight that works that way, no batteries needed. I would guess there is money to be made in that other idea.
