I say they're all to blame. They should all be in the same amount of trouble and for the male to get into the most trouble is typical...and is a travisty. The SSgt was too intoxicated to give consent? Hmm. I think that's a little, uh, b.s. if you ask me. They're all equally to blame; not one more than the other.

I think the punishment is totally rediculous! How exactly did anyone find out about it happening in the first place? Nobody should be thrown in jail for this crap. I agree with that Capt. in that it was just a drunken threesome, and it was all consenting. Everyone should know when to cut themselves off when drinking, and people have sex while drunk and wake up not remembering much of it the next day. It happens all the time. They were just having some fun. The guy should by no means be charged with rape, and the fact that sodomy is illegal in the first place is total crap! It is a form of sexual behavior and pleasure. Who is anyone to tell anyone else that they can't perform oral sex on someone. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it as long as it isn't being achieved by force or without consent. People are rediculous, and moreso, the military is rediculous with some of their regulations. Everyone has their fun, it's just that some people talk about it openly and some don't. No one should get in trouble for having fun sexually, as long as there is no cheating on a spouse involved and it is consentual.
