If anyone is interested, we were LST 696. I would like to hear from any of the crew and perhaps find out who is still alive after all these years. I ran across Mike Kelly, (signalman) who had bought a small bar and watering hole in western Montans. Have been trying to find George Middleditch, can't remember if he was a seaman or gunners mate.
