Seriously, a couple of years ago I read a book about the gulags in N. Korea. I think the title was "Aquariums of Pyongyang". It is a first hand account of the secret prison compounds in N. Korea. Scary system run by sick degenerates. I think GWB mentioned reading this book also. These two ladies would never survive under those horrid conditions. Kim chong-il will most likely play this event for all its propaganda worth and then release them with much fan fare. I really think Pres. Obama should offer to meet face to face with Kim and ease the tension between our two nations.
I feel bad for them, but what did they expect? You go peeking around where you don't belong working for Al Gore and expect royal treatment. Good luck to the two, but I'm not holding my breath.
It's up to PBHO, because the UN won't do anything. I wonder why Al Gore didn't go over there and sacrifice himself instead in place of them.
