To think that Jackson has been eulogized by Mil.Com in this way strikes me as a more interesting thing than any music he ever made.
And the fact is that if he had kept Quincy Jones as his producer in the 1980's when Jones master-produced "Thriller", he may just have had 5 triple-platinum recordings, instead of just the one(as a solo performer).
I am truly sorry he chose drugs as a way to get through, and that those drugs cost him that life.
But he was a really-really strange person, and many people knew this was coming but did little to stop it.
