As long as our troops are in harms way, we need to give them the best we can to support their jobs. That's why we keep funding. I'm sure that when the opportunity arises, we will begin serious consideratioins of withdrawing. Until then, our boys deserve the best!
This guy really makes me sick. He is an outstanding representative of the Academic community who feels it's either their way or the highway. He obviously has no true understanding of the appropriate military chain of command or does he give a rats A** about the troops.
I'll grant you that at the flag level there is a considerable amount of politics involved. You really can't avoid it. I don't think that I have ever read any article by the idiot that supports this country or the troops.
