First; let's find out the innocence or guilt of violent involvement of those killed, before judging the apparently successful defensive actions of the Blackwater Security group. Then make a clear report to the Iraqi government. As for Muqtada al-Sadre...it wouldn't surprise a lot of us, in the least, if he & his hateful lot were a major player in staging this event for just such a purpose....

The only complaint which should be issued is by our Commander In Chief as to why the Iraqi people don't fight for their freedoms and we even need any private companies there to begin with. Four years and they have accomplished little or nothing without dependency from our Military or our Private firms in reality.

Not all the facts are in, but Blackwater has NEVER lost a PRINCIPLE....and there's is good reason, they know their ****. Diversionary tactics require an offensive and defense stance as well as direct threat does.

Was anyone from the DOS harmed? NO! Was their threat? There is always threat in any war zone and 18 bombings nearby sure as hell amplify any diversionary tactic offensive response on encroachment...and there was encrochment. The men did their jobs...kudos to Blackwater.

War is hell, and the quicker the Iraqi's defend themselves as a nation the quicker all the political nonsense and problems will end. You can't win a game if the home team isn't going to play offense...

We all have pity and prayers for those innocent lives lost to wars ugly nature...all over the world, but clerics and other Iraqi people of esteem there didn't holler this loud when Sudam killed them in droves, assassinated and tortured their soccer team members in public.

They also don’t give Blackwater the credit it deserves for pulling out/support of the Iraqi Army members when they were pinned down. If Blackwater is in the area they help…and are respected throughout the community

…now if you were talking about the Swede and his men…you know what your getting.
