Companies like Boeing could take the initiative of completing this Project with their own funds, and rest assured of payment from the U.S.Gov. when the Project WORKS.
Nobody wants to know that WE ARE AT WAR. Where's the SACRIFICE of these Companies FOR THE WAR EFFORT...eg-WW-I,WW-2, etc, etc.
